Noel Zanocz Battles to Third Place in EMX250 Latvia

Noel Zanocz of the JM Honda Racing team secured third place at the eighth round of the EMX250 Championship in Kegums, Latvia.

After setting the fourth fastest time in qualifying, Zanocz got off to a strong start in the first moto, emerging from the first corner in second place. Unfortunately, he experienced rear brake issues from the very beginning and lost rear brake function entirely from the fifth lap onwards. As a result, he briefly went off track. He then engaged in a good battle with Francesco Garcia but eventually had to let him go, finishing the race in fifth place.

Heavy rainfall overnight from Saturday to Sunday turned the track into a muddy challenge for the second moto. Zanocz started in fifth position but had a small crash during the first lap, dropping back to twentieth. With consistently fast lap times, he made an impressive comeback to finish in second place.

With 5-2 results in the motos, Zanocz secured third place overall for the day and remains second in the EMX250 Championship standings.

David Braceras struggled to find the right pace on Saturday. A rear brake issue during the qualifying heat limited him to a fifteenth-place finish.

After making some changes to the bike, he felt more confident on Sunday, finishing twelfth and thirteenth in the motos.

These results earned him twelfth place overall for the day, placing him seventeenth in the championship standings.

Brent van Doninck continued his upward trend from last weekend in Germany, finishing twelfth and fifteenth in the MXGP class motos.

Brent van Doninck Finishes in the Top Ten at the MXGP of Germany

Brent van Doninck of the JM Racing Honda team secured a top ten finish in one of the motos at the tenth round of the MXGP World Championship held on Sunday in Teutschenthal, Germany.

Van Doninck made a solid step forward in Germany. He rode with more confidence than in previous races, and his speed was also on point. After a strong performance in the first moto, he crossed the finish line in tenth place. In the second moto, he was once again close to the top ten. However, while running in eleventh place with three laps to go, he suffered a crash and had to settle for seventeenth.

With these results, Van Doninck finished twelfth overall on the day, marking a positive step forward.

David Braceras made some adjustments to his bike during the week leading up to the race, and these changes felt good in Germany. He qualified in thirteenth place on Saturday, which he was reasonably satisfied with. Although he knew it could have been slightly better, it motivated him to push harder on Sunday.

After a good start in the first moto, he was riding just outside the top ten early on. Unfortunately, after four laps, he lost his rear brake, which caused his pace to drop. As a result, he lost several positions and ultimately finished in twentieth place.

One hour before the second moto, heavy rain hit the track, turning the circuit into a slippery, muddy course. Braceras got off to a decent start and managed to make a few quick passes. However, he then encountered issues with his goggles, which worsened to the point where he was forced to retire from the race.

Braceras finished 23rd overall for the day and now holds 18th place in the championship standings.

Next weekend, JM Racing Honda will head to Kegums, Latvia, for the next Grand Prix.

Noel Zanocz Claims His First-Ever EMX250 Victory in France

Noel Zanocz of the JM Racing Honda team has secured his first-ever win in the EMX250 class. During the round held in Ernee, France, Zanocz took the overall victory with 1st and 4th place finishes in the motos.

After struggling to find the right feeling with the track during free practice, he managed to set a solid third-fastest time in time practice. A strong start in the opening moto allowed him to take the lead early on. He quickly found his rhythm and held onto the top spot lap after lap. In the second half of the race, he came under pressure from championship leader Janis Reisulis, but Zanocz remained composed and mistake-free, which enabled him to cross the finish line as the winner.

In the second moto, Zanocz was boxed in after the gate dropped and entered the first turn in last position. He immediately began a charge through the field, making up ground at a rapid pace. Midway through the race, he moved into fourth place, which was enough to secure the overall win.

Zanocz is enjoying a strong debut season in the EMX250 class and currently sits second in the championship standings.

David Braceras scored 6 points in the MX2 class. In the first moto, he crashed hard on the opening lap. It took him a long time to get going again, which meant he had a lot of work to do to fight back into the points. In the end, he salvaged a 19th place finish.

In the second moto, his pace was just slightly off compared to the group ahead of him. The gap was small, but Braceras wasn’t able to close it. After giving it his all, he crossed the line in 17th place.

With his results, Braceras finished 18th overall for the day and now sits 16th in the championship standings.

Brent van Doninck couldn’t find his rhythm on the technical Ernee circuit. He did not finish the first moto, but in the second race, he managed to score points with an 18th place finish.

Next weekend, the JM Racing Honda team heads to Teutschenthal, Germany, for the next round of the Grand Prix season.

Brent van Doninck In the Top Ten in MXGP of Galicia

Brent van Doninck of the JM Racing Honda team secured his first top-ten finish of the season during the ninth round of the MXGP World Championship in Lugo, Spain. The Belgian rider finished ninth in the opening moto, a major confidence boost after a preseason plagued by injuries.

With the Lugo circuit heavily muddied for Sunday’s first moto, a good start was crucial. Van Doninck got off the line well and quickly found his rhythm. He managed to overtake several riders and crossed the finish line in ninth place — a result that significantly boosted his confidence.

In the second moto, Van Doninck experienced issues with his goggles on the opening lap, causing him to lose several positions. The treacherous track conditions made things more difficult in this race. Nonetheless, he pushed through and finished in seventeenth place.

Zanocz on the Podium in EMX250
Noel Zanocz claimed third overall in the EMX250 class in Galicia. In the first moto, he got off to a great start and slotted into third place early on. He battled hard for second position, but a damaged rear brake forced him to continue with only the front brake. Not realizing the issue immediately, he ran off track and rejoined in fourth. Despite the setback, he managed to limit the damage and finished fifth.

In the second moto, Zanocz started around tenth place. On the muddy circuit, he steadily worked his way up to second and held that position for several laps with a strong pace. However, he lost a spot in the wave section and ultimately crossed the line in a solid third place. His combined results earned him third overall for the weekend. After six rounds, Zanocz now sits second in the EMX250 Championship standings.

Home GP Struggles for Braceras
David Braceras had a tough home Grand Prix in Lugo. On Saturday, he suffered a hard crash in time practice, sustaining a deep cut on his arm. With limited mobility, he sat out the qualifying heat. After medical treatment Saturday evening, Braceras felt improved by Sunday morning and decided to compete.

In the first moto, a poor gate pick led to a bad start, and he was forced to swap goggles mid-race. He found better pace towards the end and finished seventeenth. His second moto started far stronger, exiting the first corner just outside the top five. He ran well in the opening laps but crashed while holding seventh. Braceras then maintained eleventh for much of the race but faded late and suffered another fall, eventually finishing seventeenth again.

Braceras ended the day eighteenth overall and now holds fifteenth in the championship standings.

The next Grand Prix will take place in Ernée, France, on the weekend of May 24–25.

Noel Zanocz Scores Strong Results in EMX250 in Switzerland

Noel Zanocz of the JM Racing Honda team delivered a solid performance during the fourth round of the EMX250 Championship in Frauenfeld, Switzerland, strengthening his position in the title chase.

After a crash at the start of the first moto, Zanocz fought his way back from last place to finish fifth. With the championship leader failing to finish, Zanocz gained valuable points. In the second moto, he secured fourth place, which also earned him fourth overall for the day.

Zanocz now shares second place in the championship standings, just 2 points behind the leader.

For David Braceras, it was a challenging Grand Prix in the MX2 class. He struggled to find his rhythm on Saturday. Despite this, he got off to a great start in the qualifying heat, but two early crashes pushed him far back in the field. Braceras kept fighting all the way to the finish but had to settle for 18th place.

Both motos were held on Monday. The first moto started off with misfortune, as Braceras was involved in a crash just after the start and had to work his way forward from the back. Throughout the race, he managed to gain several positions, and despite not riding his fastest moto, he still finished 16th.

After a poor start in the second moto, he crossed the finish line in 13th place, giving him 14th overall in the Grand Prix — which is also his current position in the World Championship standings.

David Braceras shows promising speed in Arco di Trento

David Braceras of JM Racing Honda showcased strong speed during the fifth round of the MX2 World Championship in Arco di Trento, Italy.
In the week leading up to the race, Braceras and the team made significant progress with the bike setup, which gave him added confidence heading into the weekend. He started off strong by securing sixth place in time practice. He also delivered a solid performance in the qualifying heat, battling well in the pack. Although he wasn’t able to make up positions, he finished 13th and looked ahead to Sunday with confidence.

In the first moto, Braceras got off to a great start and held sixth and seventh position for a long time. Toward the end of the race, he lost some focus, which led to a few small mistakes. As a result, he dropped a few spots and finished in 11th place.

In the second moto, his start wasn’t as good, but he made a strong comeback and once again crossed the line in 11th place.

David Braceras commented: “It was a solid weekend, but I can’t be satisfied with this. I had the speed to finish higher. We’ll stay positive and keep working on the weak points so I can be stronger in the upcoming races.”

Noel Zanocz had a tough weekend in the EMX250 class. While he showed good speed, poor starts and crashes prevented him from achieving the results he was aiming for, finishing 7th and 19th. Despite this, he still holds second place in the championship standings after three rounds.

Brent van Doninck attempted a comeback but realized on Saturday that he was still experiencing too much discomfort in his upper leg. As a result, he decided not to race on Sunday.

JM Racing Honda will line up again next weekend for the next Grand Prix in Switzerland.
